What is WealthLens?
WealthLens is an AI mortgage advisory platform for advisors. You put in a property address or a loan file, and it builds a side-by-side strategy your client can actually understand, in about sixty seconds.
Who is it for?
Mortgage advisors and loan officers, from solo originators to teams. It is built around how an advisor wins a client, not around a lender IT stack.
How fast can I build a client strategy?
About sixty seconds from a property address. The AI Strategy Architect drafts the plan while you talk, you make a couple of tweaks, and you send it.
Does it replace my loan origination system?
No. WealthLens sits next to your LOS. You import a MISMO 3.4 file or pull liabilities straight from your system, and WealthLens turns that into the client-facing strategy your LOS was never built to show.
What loan types can I model?
Purchase, refinance, cash-out, DSCR, and fix-and-flip. Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo for owner-occupied, plus DSCR and fix-and-flip for the investor side.
Is the AI accurate, or does it make things up?
The math runs on a deterministic calculation engine, not the language model, so the numbers are the numbers. The AI drafts the wording and the strategy around those numbers, and Guideline Gary keeps program-rule answers inside the guidelines. You review everything before it reaches a client.
What about my client data?
Client data stays private. WealthLens strips personal identifying information before anything goes to an AI model, and your files are yours. Nothing about a client gets sold or shared.
How much does it cost?
Standard is $99 a month and Founding Pro is $199 a month, both with a 30-day trial. The full pricing page is right on the site, no demo required to see it.
How do I get started?
Start a 30-day trial, or book a fifteen-minute demo and we will build a live strategy for one of your actual clients on the call.
